Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Devasmriti Digital Services Private Limited (Devasmriti), every donation made by a devotee is considered a sacred dānam (offering) towards the service of Dharma. We work with verified temples, spiritual trusts, gaushalas, Veda pathashalas, and other religious institutions, ensuring that the donations are used directly for the intended cause.

No Refund or Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is made through our platform, it is immediately transferredto the bank account of the respective temple or trust.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or reversals for any donation made.
Donations are treated as offerings in good faith and are non-refundable, in line with standard practices followed in spiritual and charitable giving.

In Case of Error

We understand that errors can happen. If you believe that:

You have made a duplicate donation, or
The donation amount was entered incorrectly due to a technical issue,

please contact us at support@devasmriti.com within 48 hours of making the donation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis, in coordination with the concerned temple or trust.

However, please note that approval of any refund is not guaranteed, as the donation might already be disbursed and utilised.

We ensure complete transparency in how your donations are used.
You will receive timely updates, photos, and videos (wherever applicable) regarding the campaign or seva you supported.
