Our Journey: When Bhakti Searched for a Way A few years ago, we received a call from a young man in Hyderabad. “There’s an old temple in my native village that’s falling apart. I want to help restore it... but I don’t know where to begin, or who to trust.” His voice had both helplessness and devotion. That call stayed with us. Not because it was unique — but because we had heard versions of the same story again and again.

Each of them had the heart to give, but no clear way to do it. That’s when we felt the need for something simple, sacred, and trustworthy. A way for devotees to support dharmic causes — with confidence and peace of mind.
That’s how Devasmriti (Daan) came to life.
Devasmriti is the first-of-its-kind spiritual crowdfunding platform in India, started in October 2023 with a simple intention - to help devotees support dharmic causes they believe in. Whether it’s a temple that needs renovation, a Gaushala feeding hundreds of cows, a Patashala preserving Vedic knowledge, or annadan for pilgrims - every campaign on Devasmriti is rooted in faith and service. Many people want to contribute to such causes but don’t always know where to give or if their support will really reach. That’s why we built Devasmriti - to make spiritual giving trustworthy, transparent, and meaningful. Since then Thousands of devotees from India and across the world have already become a part of this journey. And for each of them, a donation is not just a transaction - it is a prayer, an offering, and a step towards preserving the spiritual soul of Bharat.
